Terms of Service

Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE]. These terms apply to quotes, jobs, and gear orders from GSD West Texas LLC ("we", "us").

Quotes

  • A quote from photos or a phone description is our best estimate. We confirm or adjust the price on arrival, before anything is loaded. If the price changes, you can say no and owe nothing.
  • Once loading starts, the confirmed price is the price. We do not raise it afterward.
  • Quotes are good for 14 days.
  • Prices are quoted plus Texas sales tax unless the quote says otherwise.

What we do not take

Paint, chemicals, motor oil, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, and other hazardous material. If we find any on the job we will set it aside and point you to the right disposal. We also do not take anything you do not own or have the right to dispose of.

Scheduling and cancellation

Call or text to reschedule. Cancel at least two hours before the scheduled time and there is no charge. If we arrive and cannot do the job because of access or a cancellation at the door, a trip charge may apply.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is done, by card, cash, or check made out to GSD West Texas LLC. Commercial accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms.

Property and liability

  • We work with extreme caution in your home and on your property. If something is damaged, tell us before we leave.
  • Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, to the extent the law allows.
  • You are responsible for making sure items we remove are yours to remove, and for pointing out anything you want kept.

Gear orders

  • Prices are in US dollars. Texas orders include Texas sales tax. Shipping is shown before you pay.
  • Orders ship from Lubbock, TX, usually within 5 business days. Local pickup can be arranged by text.
  • Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Text us first and we will tell you where to send it.
  • Damaged or wrong items are replaced at our cost.

Trademarks

GSD and the star circle logo are trademarks of GSD West Texas LLC. Do not use them without permission.

Law

Texas law applies. Any dispute is handled in Lubbock County, Texas.
