What we collect
- What you send us for a quote: your name, phone number, address or ZIP code, photos of the items, and your description of the job. By text, by phone, or through the quote form on this site.
- What you send us for an order: if you buy gear, your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Payment details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic site analytics: page views and whether the call and text buttons were tapped. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule, and do the job you asked about, and to contact you about it.
- To fulfill and ship gear orders and to handle returns.
- To keep records a business has to keep, such as invoices and sales tax.
- To ask for a review after a finished job. You can say no.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask.
Who else sees it
Service providers that help us run the business: our website host, our email provider, our payment processor, and our bookkeeping software. Each one sees only what it needs. We may share information when the law requires it.
Photos
The photos you send us are used to price and plan your job. We may photograph a finished job for our own records and, with your permission, use before-and-after photos in our marketing. We will not show your address, your name, or anything that identifies you.
Text messages
If you text us or ask us to text you, we will reply by text about your quote and your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted within a year. Job and order records are kept as long as tax and business records require.
Your choices
